How you can help others

We’re a Certified Affiliate of Wigs for Kids center, and as such, we’re able to provide wigs to local children who have recently lost their hair because of chemotherapy, radiation, alopecia, burns or other medical circumstances.  Wigs from Still You Hair Replacements and Wigs for Kids, a 35-year old non-profit dedicated to giving kids renewed hope.  We provide custom hair, which your typical wigs cannot provide.

Wigs for Kids’ hair replacement systems are custom-made to fit the child.  Every single strand of hair used is human hair.. The organization collects ponytail donations throughout the year to design childrens wigs.  One wig requires between 15 to 30 ponytails.

While the average price of a wig is $1,800.  The cost is paid solely by Wigs for Kids, dedicated support system of salons and certified stylists like us, who help raise funds to support the organization’s mission year-long. There is no cost to the child (or child’s family) for the wig.

Again, we’re hoping you know a child here in the community that we can help with a hair replacement system from Wigs for Kids.  If you don’t know of a child in need, we hope that you’ll share this information with colleagues, friends and family. Anyone who can help us reach a local child in need is a blessing.
