Through spiritual guidance and family experiences, Roszetta Pringle has been able to support women as they pass through personal and life-changing journeys. One of the most devastating of those life-changing journeys is thinning or total hair loss for women with the condition of Alopecia.
Roszetta—through her business, Still You Hair Replacements—addressed this challenge by customizing personalized solutions for women and teenage girls to restore not only their beautiful hair, but also their confidence and happiness. The goal of Still You Hair Replacements is to create personalized hair solutions/prosthetics that women can wear for lifestyle activities, anywhere, anytime. The spirit of each individual is unique and Roszetta finds pleasure in helping women feel beautiful about themselves.
Volunteer & Certification Info:
1999 – Participant in the “The Beauty Project Study” for the Lineberger Cancer Center, Chapel Hill, N. Preventive solutions/education awareness for breast cancer for African American women.
2003 – Partnered with the Durham Crisis Response. Restored self-esteem and positive self-images through beauty workshops and makeovers for women, transitioning back into their lives.
2008-2015- Peer Connector guide for cancer survivors/Cornucopia House, Durham, N. Volunteer caregiver who have experienced the cancer journey firsthand. Received training in nationally recognized communication techniques that provide active listening skills for providing support and encouragement to with similar experiences.
2008-2010 – Strategies Advanced Business Education/Study of modern business practices that drive productivity, productivity, staff retention and customer satisfaction.
2011 – Look Good Feel Better/Certification to assist women coping with chemotherapy, radiation to look and feel their best during
2012-2013 – Pink Fest Event of Raleigh N.C./Volunteer to provide complimentary hair and scalp support services for women cancer survivors with the use of digital microscopic analysis.
2008-2014 – Medical Hair Loss Solutions and Women Hair Replacement Certification/On Rite Company
2014-2015 – “Wigs for Kids” Ambassador/Planned in salon ponytail hair cut events to help children suffering from hair loss to look like themselves and live their lives. Hair is donated to provide the children a free natural looking
2017 – Graduated from the Jeffrey Paul Academy and became an officially Certified Wigs for Kids Affiliate.
